Important:
- Only 4x4 vehicles can pass through the road going to Kamp Maysawa. The terrain is difficult to navigate using other types of vehicle. Bring your own vehicles at your own risks. If you don’t have 4X4 vehicle, you have to hike from the designated parking area for Kamp Maysawa guests (Nanay Minda’s Parking Space) to our place. It’s about 1.5 kms away, maybe 20-40 minutes walk depending on your pacing
- We are offering our 4x4 service vehicle which is available anytime, but you have to give prior notice so we can prepare it. Please take note that right now we can only accommodate guests who are willing to trek to the site if they would not avail of our 4x4 vehicle. Our rental rate is P500/way and it can accommodate up to 5pax
- Please take note that there is no mobile phone signal available at the actual campsite. As in it is DEAD SPOT. Last area where there is signal is at Nanay Minda’s place.
- We don’t have electricity but there are solar panels that provides light in the area and USB ports are available for phone charging
- Strictly No Pets allowed inside the cabin house. Pets may stay at the cabana
- Bawal sa maselan. Bawal sa ayaw maglakad.
- Curfew sa ingay 8PM-5AM. We respect our local host community so please respect them too

M4 Laiban Nature and Campsite is a riverside camping ground located in Tanay, Rizal
The property is a 22 hectare forest reserve, fronting the Lanatin River for rent to only one group or a few small groups at a time to ensure exclusive use of the whole place for the duration of your stay.
- River front is almost 1km long where you can swim and go fishing.

REMINDERS:
- Bring your own food and drinks as there are no restaurants near the camp. Will have some canned goods and basic needs for sale.
- Cooking shall be allowed only at designated areas.
- There is no electricity, only solar lights and fans. We do have charging outlets for phone. Please bring flashlights, battery packs and other essentials in case of cloudy weather.
- There are shallow small water crossings to the camp. Then an easy 10 minute walk.
- Always keep the camp clean and keep noise down at all times.

A slice of paradise. No loud music, no boisterous guests and no smoking/littering in the campsite. NO ELECTRICITY. But we have a cr with running water. Sea of clouds, Baguio like weather and the humming of birds in the morning

Mayton Farm & River Adventure

Mayton Farm is an Agri-Aqua Tourism site nestled at a secluded and quiet place in Barangay Sto. Niño, Tanay, Rizal. It's a camp site by the river. Once you are at the site, it features a no non-sense basic raw camping feel.
Access to the site can be done at least via two routes. One is through the mountain side and the other is river side. Both routes are 4x4 required. we suggest going in via the mountain side and out via river side to enjoy both views and experience. It is best to request for assistance when accessing the rover side route.
